Shipping & Delivery Policy

We make sure your OUTZIDR orders reach you in perfect condition and within the best possible timelines.

  • Delivery charges, delivery timelines, and payment options are subject to pin code serviceability and logistics availability.

  • For knowing the estimated delivery time you need to enter your pin code while placing the order to view the estimated delivery time. The same will also be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines may change due to operational or logistical constraints.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns after successful delivery.

  • The total payable amount for order will be calculated after applying the discounts on the check out page.

Important:
If your prepaid order is marked as Delivered but you haven’t received it, please raise a concern within 48 hours of the delivery update. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for Proof of Delivery (POD) investigation. Please make the request via email to support@outzidr.com or text on WhatsApp at +919900096799.

Tag & Return Eligibility Policy

Every OUTZIDR product is shipped with an original tag attached. The tag is an essential part of the product and is mandatory for return eligibility.

Return Eligibility Guidelines

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the original tag must remain intact, untampered, and attached to the product.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, exactly as delivered.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The tag is removed, cut, broken, or tampered with

  • The product shows signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or damage

  • The product is returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories (where applicable)

Quality Check Clause

  • All returns are subject to inspection during reverse pickup and/or upon receipt at our warehouse.

  • If the product fails to meet our return criteria, the return request may be rejected.

  • Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Please Note:
Once the original tag is removed or tampered with, the product becomes non-returnable and non-refundable with no exceptions.

Shipping Policy

OUTZIDR offers free standard shipping across India on all orders. Every purchase is carefully packed and shipped to reach you in excellent condition and within the fastest possible timelines. There are no shipping charges applicable on any order.

If an order is cancelled before it is dispatched from our warehouse, or in the rare case where an order is lost or remains undelivered, a full refund will be issued for the order amount, including any shipping charges paid online.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the type of style ordered:

  • Quick Ship styles: Delivered within 2–5 business days

  • Cross-border / international shipment styles: Delivered within 2–3 weeks

Timelines may vary depending on your location and logistics availability.

We work with trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, and Shadowfax to ensure reliable delivery across India.

If your package appears opened or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform our customer care team immediately via the customer care bot or by email to support@outzidr.com or text on WhatsApp at +919900096799. Any intimation made after 24 hours of the delivery attempt will not be considered.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order through the My Orders section on our website. Please ensure that the contact details and delivery address provided at checkout are accurate.

Please Note

  • Product colours may vary slightly due to professional lighting used during photoshoots.

  • Orders are packed and shipped the same day or the next day. Orders placed on weekends or select holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • OUTZIDR is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. In such cases, refunds will not be applicable.

  • If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us before dispatch at support@outzidr.com with your order number and corrected information.
