OUTZIDR is a women's apparel brand focused on trend-first designs for women aged 18–30. We bring runway and social-media-inspired styles at accessible prices with quick turnaround times.

OUTZIDR operates in India and ships across most serviceable pin codes nationwide.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
We offer two types of products: • Quick Ship items: Dispatched within 24–48 hours. • Global Offerings: Dispatched within 10–12 days. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS & email once your order is dispatched.
How do I know if an item is Quick Ship or Global Offering?
Quick Ship items have a green "Quick Ship" tag displayed on the product image. Global Offerings do not have this tag.
If my order has both Quick Ship and Global Offering items, when will it be delivered?
If your order contains a mix of Quick Ship and Global Offering items, the order is shipped together in a single shipment. In this case, the Global Offering timeline applies, so your complete order will be delivered in approximately 16–19 days from the order date.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for Quick Ship products - depending on your location and courier availability. Global offerings take 16-19 days for delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS, email and WhatsApp. You can also track orders via My Account → Orders on our website or through the Outzidr app.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at support@outzidr.com or WhatsApp +91 9900096799.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications are possible only before dispatch. Contact support immediately.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update so we can raise an investigation with the courier partner.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
How do I request a cancellation?
You can cancel the order from the website or the Outzidr mobile app within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also reach out to support via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes. For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours and reflect in 5–7 business days.
Can I do partial cancellation?
Yes, it is possible only in case of prepaid orders placed that too before the order has been dispatched.
Can I raise a cancellation request after the order has been dispatched?
You need to share the cancellation OTP with the delivery executive when the order arrives at your doorstep.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return or exchange from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Use our Return Portal at https://outzidr.com/apps/return_prime/ or contact customer support through email, WhatsApp, or Instagram. You can also initiate returns through the Outzidr app.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! Free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please share clear images within 24 hours of delivery. We'll resolve the issue on priority with immediate replacement or refund.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Used, washed, altered items, products without tags, or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
How does reverse pickup work?
We attempt reverse pickup twice. If unsuccessful, please contact support team.
What if reverse pickup is unavailable in my location?
Contact the support team for assistance with self-shipping of the product. We reimburse up to ₹100 courier charges after quality check.
Can I track my return?
Yes! Once your return is picked up, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/email/WhatsApp. Check status in My Account → My Returns on the website or Outzidr app.
Can I do a partial return?
Yes, partial returns are possible. You can easily initiate a return request.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is COD available on all orders?
COD availability depends on location and order value (max ₹3,000).
What if my payment failed but I was charged?
Contact us immediately with your transaction details. We'll investigate and process a refund within 24 hours if needed.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after the item is picked up and passes quality check.
How long does the refund take to reflect?
Prepaid refunds take 3–5 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
Where will the refund be credited?
Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method. COD refunds are issued by default as store credit or bank transfer as per the customer's request. A minimal fee of 20 rupees is charged for refund to bank accounts.
What is store credit?
Store credits can be used on future purchases and are valid for 1 year.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
How do I choose the correct size?
Refer to the size guide available on each product page. If between sizes, choose the larger one.
Are the products true to size?
Most products are body-hugging or slim-fit as mentioned in descriptions.
What fabrics do you use?
Each product page shows fabric composition (e.g., Cotton, Polyester blend). We're increasingly using sustainable materials in select collections.
Will the product color match the images?
We use minimal editing. Minor color variations may occur due to screen differences.
How should I care for my garments?
Follow wash-care instructions mentioned on the product label. Generally: cold water, gentle cycle, air dry.
COUPONS & OFFERS
How do I apply a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code at checkout in the "Have a coupon?" field and click Apply.
Can I combine multiple offers?
Only one coupon or offer can be applied per order.
Do you offer first-time user discounts?
Yes, applicable offers are automatically shown at checkout.
Where can I find current offers?
Check our website banner, email newsletter, Outzidr app notifications, or Instagram @outzidr_official for latest deals.
WISHLIST & FEATURES
How do I add items to my wishlist?
Click the heart icon on any product page. View saved items in My Account → Wishlist on the website or Outzidr app.
Does my wishlist sync across devices?
Yes, if you're logged into your account, your wishlist syncs across all devices.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
Try resetting your password. If issues persist, contact support@outzidr.com with your registered email.
Why is my coupon code not working?
Check the expiry date, minimum order value, and applicable categories. Some codes are valid only on specific items.
